Branding the Way.
Corridor Funding was established to build a bridge between traditional money lending and hard money lending. Corridor Funding was struggling with how to portray their brand since the hard money lending industry was typically considered less reliable than that of traditional money lenders, but traditional money lenders tended to have downfalls such as long draw periods. Toolbox Studios partnered with Corridor Funding to define their already-established brand and update their website to incorporate key words that will drive traffic to their website through Search Engine Optimization.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
We worked with Corridor Funding to create a brand that included a logo, an updated brand icon, more differentiating color scheme and brand guide that portrayed the goals of Corridor Funding. In addition to the brand, our team developed a site map that improved the readability of the site and emphasize the unique products that Corridor Funding had available to their customers.
MEASURE OF SUCCESS
HubSpot has a tracking mechanism that follows the users directly from initial interaction with the Loan Officer to navigation throughout the website, to becoming a hot lead. This provides data to our team that we use to adjust website content, as well as our marketing techniques for HubSpot.
Our digital team integrated HubSpot to the website, as an on-going marketing strategy. We are working on the email-flows, which will be launched June 2020.
