Toolbox revs up account service team with new hire

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Award-winning branding firm Toolbox Studios is pleased to announce that Jason Sousa is the newest addition to the account service team. Sousa comes to Toolbox from BBDO in Detroit where he honed his account management skills while servicing major automotive accounts for Chrysler brands. As a senior account manager at Toolbox, Sousa will assume a leadership role for key accounts, as well as help improve the agency’s customer service offering by applying his skills in interactive development, corporate training and large budget project management.

Sousa said of the time he has already spent at Toolbox, “Creative and technical abilities are exceptionally high at Toolbox. I’m looking forward to bolstering our account service capabilities to these same levels by injecting some best practices I’ve learned along the way, which will increase efficiency and help us to better serve our clients’ needs.”
