Toolbox designs Web site for international law firm Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton
SAN ANTONIO, TX — This week, award-winning branding firm Toolbox Studios completed a Web site redesign for Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton (CCN), an international law firm specializing in services for companies engaged in business in Mexico and Latin America.
CCN selected Toolbox to design a site that conveyed the law firm's expertise in the legal issues facing clients who do business on both sides of the Mexico-U.S. border, including the key cultural, social and economic elements of the North American market brought about by NAFTA. Toolbox was further charged with creating messaging to express CCN's "binational, bilingual and bicultural" integrated approach to working with a diverse group of clients. Managing Partner, Joseph B. Newton, explained, "We have clients from all over the world and, for many, our Web site is the first contact they will have with our firm."
The new site, ccn-law.com, is designed for bilingual users and features a toggle to instantly select English and Spanish versions. Attorney bios, office locations, and practice area descriptions are cross-linked throughout the site, allowing users to quickly find the specific information they need about the firm's resources and expertise. Dynamic content is delivered using Flash, RSS feeds and downloadable vCards for each attorney. The site integrates CCN's popular monthly newsletter "The CCN Mexico Report." And a custom content management tool allows CCN staff to make quick and easy content updates from any computer connected to the Web.
The site features a real-time exchange rate for the Mexican peso, as calculated daily by the Banco de Mexico, reflecting the increasing interconnectedness between the two countries and CCN's ability to fluidly bridge the two cultures. Newton commented, "We are most pleased the new site accurately and professionally portrays CCN's capabilities and expertise."
